    EAGLE ROCK LODGE RULES

  • You may arrive at your cabin any time after 4:00pm. A combination lock box containing keys will be       mounted at the door. You will be given the combination and specific directions to your cabin.
  • Check Out is 11:00am.
  • Minimal 2 night stay, 3 nights on holidays and in the summer months.
  • Minimum renting age of 24 years
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge. You are welcome to smoke outside. Ash cans are provided.       There is a $500 charge plus damages for smoking in the lodge.
  • Friday and Saturday kept together
  • Use of firearms (all guns to include BB guns) and archery are prohibited.
  • Swimming and other activities in the water, lake, ponds, etc. are prohibited at all times.
  • Adults must accompany children at all times when fishing or hiking
  • No Pets. Accomodations must be requested and approved. A fee of $25 per night will be charged.      Owner is responsible for clean up and any damages.
  • No motorized bikes, ATVs, or 4-wheelers
  • A full list of guest names must be provided to the owner on or before arrival at the lodge                           on check-in day.
  • No motorized vehicles off driveways and parking areas
  • Renters are responsible for any damages, missing or broken items
  • Campfire ring/pit with an allotment of cut firewood provided.
  • Additonal firewood avialable for Purchase on site or guests may bring their own.
  • Lodge rental does not inclued hunting privileges, seperate hunting packages for turkey and deer       available (see hunting packages for more info.)


    • Each guest takes full precautions for their own safety. All reservation requests must include the number of guests (adults and children) who will be staying overnight during the reservation period. A request for an exception to policy to bring a pet on the property must be made at time of reservation request. If approved, a pet fee applies and owner is responsible clean up and any damages. Guest names must be provided to the owner on or before arrival at the lodge on check-in day. Any guest visitors to the property, even for short periods of time, must be approved by the owner in advance and also listed by name for the owner on or before check-in day. Any unauthorized people or pets at the property for any length of time is grounds for termination of the reservation without refund or compensation and immediate removal from the property. Any actions deemed dangerous to people or property by the owner is also grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property without compensation/refund. Reservation holder is the responsible party for the conduct of all guests in their group/family. You agree that you shall indemnify and hold Eagle Rock Adventures harmless for any and liability, and or loss resulting from the use of said facilities. You will not assign any of these rights under this agreement express written consent of management. This agreement shall be construed under the law of the State of Ohio. Should any litigation be taken by or against Eagle Rock Adventures over this lease or the use of the lodging lessee will be responsible for any legal fees that might be incurred by the owners. Any other rules or instructions given to or located in my lodging or applied by Eagle Rock Adventures are incorporated herein by reference.
